Sculling and Rowing Academy - Winter 2018

What is the Sculling and Rowing Academy?
The Academy is an intensive introduction to sculling for school rowers who have prior experience of sweep rowing or limited experience in a sculling boat. The program is designed to develop technique for sculling in single, double or quad sculls, increase rowing fitness and provide opportunities to row in an eight to maintain and develop sweep rowing technique.
