By entering into this regatta, all athletes are aware of, and agree to pay upon receipt of an invoice from the Club, all seat fees and boat transport fees (if applicable) incurred by them in participating in this regatta. In the event a person is unable to participate in an event or regatta after entries have closed, it is the responsibility of the coach and/or athlete to find a substitute athlete or to notify the BCRC Captains team of any crew scratching. The originally named athlete remains liable for seat fees under these circumstances and will be invoiced accordingly by the Club. While every attempt will be made to accommodate equipment requests, requests for equipment are not guaranteed. All boat and oar allocations are made in line with our Boat Usage Policy with the Club Captain having the final say.
